A trusted outpatient clinic in Newark is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their high-impact, collaborative care team. This role is ideal for providers committed to health justice and improving access in diverse communities. Position Overview: You'll manage a consistent patient panel, conducting exams, managing chronic illnesses, and offering preventative services across age groups. You'll also participate in quality initiatives and team huddles to enhance patient care outcomes. Qualifications: MSN or DNP FNP-C or FNP-BC NJ licensure or eligibility Clinical experience in primary care or community health preferred EMR proficiency and bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese/Creole) are a plus Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $115,000 - $160,000 depending on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Malpractice insurance (with tail) 401(k), CME allowance, PTO Why Newark?
