As we expand rapidly in the realms of 3D virtual tours and property data collection, your experience, keen eye for detail, and dedication to exceptional service will be crucial for delivering outstanding results to our clients. Position Overview: In your role as a Property Data Collector, you will utilize Asteroom's state-of-the-art equipment and intuitive mobile applications to gather essential property information and create immersive 360° property tours. This position presents a unique opportunity to apply your home inspection expertise while engaging in an exciting technological advancement within the real estate industry. Requirements: 6+ months of relevant experience in real estate, data collection, or photography - OR - 12+ months of proven outstanding customer service Licensed Home Inspectors are strongly preferred Willingness to operate as an Independent Contractor Ability to travel and work in client homes (compensation provided) Passion for delivering exemplary customer service and results Must be capable of passing a background check, which will be independently paid Mobile device capable of running our applications Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and industry knowledge Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while onsite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits: Comprehensive virtual training resources, delivered in modules, along with live trainer review Ongoing education and constructive feedback to enhance your skills and secure more assignments Independent contractor (1099) status Compensation of $75 per assignment, with additional pay for mileage and complex properties Opportunities for increased assignments and inclusion on Asteroom's panels Flexible work environment: a blend of working on the road and in homeowners' residences Must possess or be willing to obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number) or operate under an LLC or registered business name Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected Hours: 1 - 10 per week Schedule: Choose your own hours, Day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
