In this role, you'll be a key member of our plumbing team, supporting residential and commercial projects, including work with over 10 local builders and direct-to-consumer clients. Key Responsibilities Support plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across residential and commercial sites Apply knowledge of local plumbing codes and practices to real-world applications Hang and secure piping systems, sweat joints, install fixtures, and handle rough-in work Follow direction from senior mechanics and supervisors to complete work to code and company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Load/unload tools and materials and ensure trucks are stocked properly Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with clients Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on plumbing experience Familiarity with local plumbing codes and on-the-job applications Strong technical understanding of fittings, piping systems, fixture installation, and service work Solid communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Clean, safe driving record (valid driver's license preferred) Strong work ethic and ambition to grow within the company Willingness to travel to various job sites across Long Island Professional appearance and respectful "bedside manner" when working in customer homes Benefits Pay: $22-$28 per hour based on experience Schedule: Weekly pay with potential for overtime Retirement: 401(k) with hourly employer contribution Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee share) Time Off: Accrued PTO (up to 60 hours) Career Growth: Paid training, advancement paths, and leadership development Culture: Join a high-morale team with strong values and opportunities to grow with the company Work Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday Overtime available based on project demands Work Location Based in Baldwin, NY Projects located throughout Long Island (residential and commercial sites) Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
