Your Role: As the industry subject matter expert (iSME) for Banking, you will be pivotal in empowering our sales team with vital insights regarding regulatory change management and compliance solutions. This role comes with sales quotas and demands a deep understanding of the industry to effectively drive buyer urgency through thorough workflow assessments and persuasive business case developments. You will collaborate closely with Compliance Solutions Sales Leadership and Account Executives to engage prospects in the Banking sector. Your key responsibilities include pinpointing opportunities, participating in high-level meetings to establish Wolters Kluwer’s credibility, supporting deal strategies, advancing opportunities, and engaging throughout the sales journey. Additionally, you will contribute to industry thought leadership through conference presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and market feedback for our internal teams in product strategy and marketing. In this role, you will significantly enhance our regulatory change management business. Through credibility, an understanding of customer needs, and confidence-building, you will accelerate opportunities. Teaming up with Account Executives and Sales Managers, you will leverage sales data to boost performance and unveil growth prospects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to provide insights into Regulatory Change and our Compliance Intelligence suite. Examine sales data to identify growth opportunities while enhancing product adoption, upselling existing offerings, and introducing new solutions. Drive strategic initiatives by collaborating on deal strategies and engaging internal partners to secure Compliance Solutions opportunities. Develop detailed business cases by aligning customer goals and pain points with Wolters Kluwer partnerships. Employ established sales methodologies to bolster the success of the deal team. Share best practices within the team to elevate overall sales performance. Act as the industry Subject Matter Expert in initiatives supporting the sales organization. Collaborate on account reviews to stimulate sales of new solutions and improve customer retention. Work alongside marketing to endorse thought leadership initiatives. You're a Great Fit if You Have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in regulatory compliance, loan origination, fair lending, community reinvestment, and related compliance industries. At least 5 years in a customer-facing sales role, particularly in cloud-based technology solutions. The skill to clearly communicate the value of complex software solutions. A proven ability to swiftly master new technologies and articulate their benefits. Outstanding communication skills in both in-person and virtual formats, able to adapt styles for senior stakeholders. A collaborative mindset to work well with sales colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills to independently handle multiple priorities. An analytical approach with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
