Your responsibilities will include consulting with physicians regarding patient needs, performing accurate OASIS collection, keeping medication profiles current, ensuring timely reporting of lab values to physicians, and actively participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings. Qualifications To be considered for the Registered Nurse position, you must meet the following criteria: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in your state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
