As a key member of our SAP Customer team, you will concentrate on delivering exceptional consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will be engaged in analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing the necessary training and support for effective integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Your efforts will directly impact clients' customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and help achieve strategic goals. The Opportunity As a member of the SAP Consulting team, you will demonstrate success in collaborating with clients' business and IT teams to grasp key business goals and translate those into SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions. In this Senior Associate position, you will analyze complex issues, mentor junior team members, and maintain high standards in deliverables. Your focus will be on building client relationships, developing a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, and successfully managing intricate scenarios. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to comprehend their business goals. Translate those goals into actionable SAP BRIM solutions. Analyze and resolve complex challenges. Mentor and support junior team members. Ensure exceptional standards in all deliverables. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Develop an extensive understanding of the business context. Effectively navigate and manage complex situations. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart: Proven success in eCommerce/multichannel commerce consulting. Proficient in SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions. Experience in defining project scope and implementation plans. Proficient with hybris application-based solutions. Knowledge of technology, automotive, and retail sector challenges. Experience leading technical development efforts. Proficient in designing and deploying hybris solutions. Ability to evaluate new support processes and tools. Collaboration with Technical, Solution, Sales, and Pricing teams. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Annual discretionary bonuses are also available.
