The ideal candidate is a results-driven operator experienced in simplifying complexity, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and establishing accountability across the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the executive leadership to develop and implement effective operational frameworks, championing significant company-wide projects, and nurturing a culture focused on continuous improvement. Additionally, this role involves spearheading transformation efforts, change management, and developing a high-performing operational excellence team. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA or related graduate degree, and a minimum of 12 years in progressive operational leadership roles, including at least 7 years in senior executive positions. The right individual will have a proven success record in implementing large-scale transformation initiatives, exhibit expertise in operational frameworks, process design, and program management principles. Experience in fast-paced technology environments and strong analytical capabilities related to metrics and performance management are also crucial. This role seeks a leader dedicated to fostering a culture that delivers results, mentoring emerging talent, and ensuring scalable processes and systems are effectively implemented. Success will be evaluated based on timely delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancements in operational efficiency, and the development and retention of a high-performing team.
