Summary An Engineering Analyst of Transmission Support will provide detailed data analysis and reports for various programs to stakeholders associated with Procedures/Training Material. Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that Procedures, Application guides, Manuals are maintained accurate to current standards and Processes. This will include developing specific reports for stakeholders for ongoing updates and changes. The incumbent will work with Technology to develop and maintain software based solution to track and manage documentation life cycle. Key Roles & Responsibilities Perform new Documentation Creation including but not limited to relay procedures, application guides and references. Ensure all material meets the necessary compliance and standard guidelines associated with subject. Support Transmission in developing high quality processes for implementation of new material. Develop workflow improvements through internal software enhancements or reconfigurations. Create and maintain procedures, workflow diagrams, user guides, and additional documentation as needed. Assist in development of training material and documentation. Coordinate with the technology to troubleshoot errors and develop enhancements to workflows. Track change tickets to ensure appropriate subject matter experts are engaged and deadlines are met. Communicate on project or testing status and maintains relationships with multiple parties both internal and external to System Protection to resolve potential issues. Ensure all Training and Documentation data Libraries are kept up to date. Develop and provide reports and summaries to various stakeholders of changes and updates to any Documentation. Develop and maintain training material library in support of Transmission organizations development. Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as any other specific job requirements. Skills Proficient in various software platforms. Must be flexible, have organizational skills, and multi-task skills to handle diverse types of work. Ability to work independently and on a team. Must effectively work across disciplines and functions to achieve common goals and company business purposes. Excellent communication and team-building skills for effective relationships with internal and external customers. Strong communication skills, including technical writing and oral communication. Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Education High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required. Applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Science, or Business Administration are encouraged to apply. Experience Minimum three years of experience in data and technical analysis, database management, or related field is required.
