Your Responsibilities: As a Shift Supervisor, you'll collaborate closely with the management team, guiding shifts, supporting your teammates, and ensuring every guest departs happy. You'll help maintain seamless operations while developing valuable leadership skills. What You Will Do: Operations: Manage efficient, smooth shifts in the kitchen, drive-thru, and dining area. Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served to meet Slim's high standards. Open or close the restaurant, manage cash drawers, and oversee deposits. Maintain clean, stocked, and safety-compliant workstations. Team Leadership: Train, coach, and support both new and existing team members. Inspire the team to stay focused on providing outstanding guest service. Act as the manager when necessary and uphold restaurant policies. Guest Experience: Set the standard with a friendly, energetic, guest-first approach. Quickly and professionally address guest feedback or concerns. Help create an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. What We're Seeking: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in fast food or restaurant leadership is a significant plus. Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be able to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
