Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Accounts Payable team who can work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment processing invoices. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and team player with a positive attitude and able to meet daily deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Process high volumes of invoices in RealPage AP module Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Verify account codes, property allocations, and vendor details Resolve discrepancies with vendors and property managers Ensure timely payments and adherence to payment terms Maintain organized digital records and documentation Identify opportunities to maximize efficiency in the accounts payable processes Requirements: 2+ years of AP experience in property management or real estate setting a plus Strong understanding of accounts payable processes Strong typing skills and 10 key experience Associates degree preferably Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Familiarity with basic accounting principles Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm - In Person Experience with RealPage is a plus
