About You Are you passionate about enhancing claims processing and benefits workflow? We seek an experienced Senior Process Solutions Architect who can effectively support business processes and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to specific needs. You will play a crucial role in facilitating reporting, upgrades, and ongoing operational support while managing system/application configurations and customizations. In this role, you will independently oversee processes and projects, ensuring alignment with the ClaimsXM IT team on project tasks and support. Share your experience with Process Solutions. About The Position Work independently, providing client support as the primary liaison between clients and IT teams, and make impactful decisions that drive outcomes. Directly engage with and provide briefings to executive leadership. Manage and maintain projects and processes, ensuring alignment between the ClaimsXM IT team and project tasks. Document progress and report updates to keep stakeholders informed. Act as a subject matter expert for the Facets application. Understand its architecture, and data integrations, and ensure requirements align with system functionalities. Plan and collaborate with vendors and clients during development and implementation phases. Independently analyze business challenges to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop, recommend, and implement solutions, providing clear communication on actions and impacts. Ensure project completion within allocated time and budget. Support and mentor team members as needed. Create automated functions and reports to meet system audit and compliance requirements. Consult on business requirements to ensure efficient enterprise solutions are developed. Analyze current system usage and provide feedback for process and data quality improvements. Support critical components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Assist in building solutions that meet business needs. Contribute to system automation development and maintenance. Document technical specifications to ensure alignment with functional requirements. Perform other related duties as necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, or 10 years of relevant experience if no degree. Experience with system automation (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, T-SQL, Desired State Configuration). 12+ years of TriZetto Facets data model and procedure experience. Effective team collaboration skills towards achieving company goals. Azure administration experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills at the system level. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills with leadership and diverse audiences. Proven ability to work independently without supervision.
