What We're Seeking: Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial and industrial HVAC systems, particularly in manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, and schools. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential. Certifications: An EPA Type 2 certification is required, and Universal Certification along with OSHA 10 are preferred. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and rooftop units (RTUs) rated over 20 tons is vital. Adaptable Attitude: A team player eager to learn and grow, with a solid foundation in the field. Reliable Work History: A stable employment history is essential, along with previous roles as a senior technician focusing on Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting.
