This group is specifically focused on Biotech clients, providing comprehensive support to meet their unique needs. We are anticipating future openings for Project Leader (PM) and Senior Project Leader (SPM) roles, seeking candidates with experience in managing global studies across therapeutics including Oncology (Hematology), Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine. In these roles, selected individuals will: Provide leadership to project teams and oversee day-to-day operations. Aiming for operational excellence through timely delivery, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Strive to exceed client expectations while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes. Successful candidates will have: An undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 2+ years of experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company. Proficiency in project scheduling, resource management, budget oversight, and team coordination. Experience with the full clinical development process, including regulatory submissions. Senior roles (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director) will require additional years of experience.
