The Opportunity As a member of our Organizations and People Technology team, you will work alongside talented professionals assisting clients with diverse needs. This includes developing HR technical strategies, selecting and managing HR information systems/software, and assessing business models to engage digital consumers effectively. You may also be tasked with managing payroll processes to enhance efficiencies and minimize operational costs and risks. Our key capabilities encompass Payroll, HR Technology, and Digital. Your Key Responsibilities Serve as a vital resource on large-scale system-related projects, delivering quality client service and insightful solutions while managing multiple priorities. Exhibit excellent communication skills, integrating into and leading teams, and rapidly building relationships. Skills and Attributes for Success Demonstrate technical expertise with a practical/business approach to resolving complex client challenges. Contribute to revenue generation by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships. Foster collaboration among team members and advocate for an inclusive work environment. Engage in business development activities, preparing proposals and delivering presentations. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have Relevant professional experience, with a background at a Big 4 firm, a global management consultancy, or an in-house role involving large-scale projects. 3-4 years of prior relevant experience. Proven record of personal success in your current role, possessing expertise in one or more of our key capabilities. Willingness to travel and comfort working in a hybrid environment, averaging three days per week at a client site or within an EY office. Bachelor's degree and relevant post-graduate qualification. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience in project management related to global or multinational payroll projects. Knowledge of global payroll consulting and familiarity with technology vendors such as ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, and Workday.
