Talent Acquisition Specialist - Business GrowthApplication Deadline: 23 February 2026 Department: Corporate Employment Type: Full Time Location: Dallas County, TX Description TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate internal opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Business Growth).This is a remote in Dallas, TX position.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Business Growth team at TeleSolv Consulting. This role will be pivotal in securing top talent for upcoming opportunities. The ideal candidate is maintains a proactive posture to pursuing candidates in advance of the need. The candidate should have the ability to leverage a strong network of potential candidates, or quickly develop one. Responsibilities: Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events. Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs. Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals. Stay updated on designed opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times. Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities. Qualifications: High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
