Description Under the direction of the Building Maintenance Supervisor, the Building Maintenance Technician participates in the planning, organizing, and directing of building maintenance operations. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of certain City owned facilities and equipment to ensure the safety and reliability, including City Hall, Justice Center, Electric Administration, Electric Distribution, Public Works Operations, Senior Citizens Building, Line Maintenance Operations and other facilities as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in building maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building mechanical and structural systems or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, ability and skill. Requires the possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Hours: M-F; 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Application Deadline: Open Until Filled.
