RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOANS OPERATIONS ANALYST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Join our innovative and dynamic team as a Residential Mortgage Loans Operations Analyst, where your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the production, quality, and workflow of residential mortgage loans. In this pivotal role, you will streamline departmental processes, implement high-quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will conduct in-depth root cause analyses to uncover inefficiencies and craft actionable solutions to optimize our processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include managing backlogs, effectively communicating changes, and establishing criteria for seamless operations. You will also track key performance metrics and generate insightful reports to highlight trends, ensuring an exceptional experience for our team members and clients. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Analyze critical metrics, identify trends, and develop Key Performance Indicators to enhance overall outcomes. Create and maintain detailed end-to-end process maps for comprehensive understanding. Monitor workflows and assist with workload distribution, exploring automation opportunities to drive efficiency. Engage in project meetings to define goals, building consensus, and strategizing implementation plans. Interview colleagues and clients to accurately assess needs and provide tailored recommendations. Identify key resources necessary for project success. Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with diverse organizational levels and departments. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure high service levels. Evaluate colleague suggestions and prioritize potential solutions based on cost-benefit analyses. Deliver prompt and professional service at all times. Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive workplace culture within the Operations department. Provide insightful recommendations to leadership for continuous process improvement. Seek and implement opportunities to reduce cycle times and boost operational efficiency. Ensure that scorecards effectively measure objectives in alignment with departmental goals. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications High School Diploma At least 2 years of experience in project management, process ownership, or product ownership Minimum of 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills including pivot tables Additional Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred Strong social/digital communication skills with a keen understanding of current trends Familiarity with change management principles Understanding of mortgage lending operations Awareness of industry best practices and trends Excellent relationship management skills with Residential Mortgage Loans partners Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines Effective communicator who embodies our client service values Collaborative problem-solving approach Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, demonstrating effective self-management Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in written and verbal communication Aptitude for identifying problems and applying root cause analysis for effective solutions WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $28.58 - $45.66 per hour, with variability based on skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
