The Successful Applicant A successful Preconstruction Manager / Director of Preconstruction should have: 5-10+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating with a GC Experience with hard bid, negotiated, or CMaR delivery Commercial, industrial, institutional, or other nonmultifamily experience Strong communicator capable of supporting and elevating a developing precon department Someone who thrives in a growth environment and wants a visible, leadershiptrack role What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD $110.000 to $115.000.
