We invite you to be a part of this dynamic journey. As a Revenue Cycle Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming revenue cycles for complex healthcare organizations. Your expertise will be essential in delivering impactful business transformation projects that address challenges in patient access, revenue integrity, and back-end operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead innovative revenue cycle solutions for large healthcare providers, focusing on enhancing net revenue and accelerating cash flow. Identify and prioritize valuable opportunities through thorough research, analysis, and understanding of client needs. Drive operational enhancements by optimizing workflows, policies, and performance metrics. Implement tailored business solutions, overseeing process design and establishing effective performance measurements. Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans while managing project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Integrate automation and advanced analytics using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Python to foster sustainable improvements. Assist clients in modernizing revenue cycle and finance functions to achieve efficient managed services. Oversee client transition activities, ensuring a seamless shift to new operational frameworks. Support technology initiatives in collaboration with IT and vendor partners. Create thorough communication strategies for transformative projects. Manage project risk effectively, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations. Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, promoting collaboration throughout project phases. Identify and foster opportunities for future business with clients. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Practice Building: Participate in practice-building initiatives, including thought leadership and market development. Share your expertise to enhance firm-wide capabilities and mentor junior team members. Encourage innovation among team members, supporting their ideas and professional growth. Stay informed on industry trends and regulations affecting revenue cycle management. Willingness to travel as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in finance and management consulting. At least 5 years in a healthcare revenue cycle environment. 2+ years of experience in transforming revenue cycle processes. Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/MHA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong engagement and development skills in business and practice. Financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting abilities. Familiarity with AI and analytics within the context of revenue cycles. Proven relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
