Come be a part of something bigger -- where your skills, compassion, and drive can help build a stronger, more vibrant community for all.Join us today and be a force for good!OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Resource Development Coordinator to support our Chief Development & Marketing Officer and Resource Development Team.This role serves as a professional administrative and analytical partner in donor engagement, campaign execution, reporting, and event coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong Executive Assistant experience, advanced CRM proficiency (ANDAR strongly preferred), and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-through on strategic initiatives.Serve as a primary steward of donor data within ANDAR and Excel, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting cycles.Prepare fundraising and campaign performance reports, tracking pledge activity, payments, donor retention, and revenue trends.Review pledge reports and check logs for accuracy and collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.Draft, proofread, and format donor correspondence, presentations, stewardship materials, and internal communications.Coordinate internal meetings, volunteer committees, and affinity group gatherings, including logistics, agendas, and documentation.Support UWCF fundraising events through RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, name tag preparation, and event-day logistics.Maintain organized departmental files, shared drives, donor lists, and campaign tracking tools.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align campaign timelines, messaging, and deliverables.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications/Requirements: Strong experience working in a CRM environment; ANDAR experience highly desired.Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support background required.Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (reporting, data analysis, importing/exporting).Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners.Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred.3–5 years of experience in fundraising operations, executive support, development coordination, CRM/database management, or related professional environment.Experience in a nonprofit setting is a plus. Compensation, Benefits & Work Schedule Hourly Rate: $21 -$23 per hour, based on experience levelClassification: Full-time, Non-exempt, hourlyLocation: On-site in Lakeland, FLComprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.
