Must have considerable knowledge of medication names (both trade and generic), their uses, doses, and routes of administration. Must be able to identify drugs based on markings. Must have excellent patient interview skills as well as written and verbal communication with both patients and other healthcare professionals.#Good computer and customer service skills are essential.
