Key responsibilities of the Investment Banking Advisor may include: Collaboration with senior leaders to implement large-scale transformation programs at investment banks, addressing business, operational, and technological changes. Creation of impactful deliverables such as presentations and reports to facilitate client transformation initiatives throughout the trading lifecycle, including regulatory compliance and platform modernization. Conducting thorough research and analysis to produce insights that guide strategic decision-making. Supporting sell-side clients in developing cutting-edge solutions related to digital assets, tokenization, and emerging market technologies. Staying informed on industry trends, understanding client needs, and developing effective, technology-enabled solutions. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting or related roles within Investment Banking, familiar with the end-to-end trading lifecycle. A proven record of 2+ years in external consulting or program management, successfully delivering large-scale projects for sell-side institutions. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supporting complex transformation initiatives at investment banks. Solid understanding of capital markets, client segments, product taxonomy, and trading processes. Knowledge of digital assets and innovative financial market infrastructures. Awareness of operational resilience in banking, including risk management and regulatory expectations. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various departments. Experience in new business development activities. Familiarity with sell-side trading platforms like Murex or Calypso is a plus. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to fostering client relationships. Prior experience managing both onshore and offshore teams. Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional environment. Additional qualifications relevant to the Investment Banking industry, such as CFA®, are advantageous. Compensation at Accenture varies based on numerous factors such as role, location, and experience.
