Position Summary: Join Eventus WholeHealth, where we deliver an integrated model of care to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through our exceptional network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and dedicated Support Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a key member of our psychiatric team, you will provide vital mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth's site-specific protocols, ensuring adherence to standards of care for specialties in family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine within long-term care facilities. Engage in high-quality clinical experiences treating patients with a wide range of adult psychopathologies. Practice independently while collaborating with a skilled psychiatric team, including MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs. Receive dedicated supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship rather than management, providing you with customized and intensive training alongside your supervisor and leading providers. Participate in educational opportunities such as monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and various meetings throughout the year. Collaborate effectively with primary care providers and psychotherapists within our organization, ensuring all patients have access to therapists for regular appointments. Work closely with a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and other administrative tasks. Utilize advanced technology with an integrated EHR system across all service lines. Qualifications/Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a current, valid license to practice in your state. All required certifications must be up-to-date. OR Graduated from a physician assistant educational program accredited by the National Commission on Accreditation of Allied Education Programs. Passed the national certification examination from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Licensed in your state as a Physician Assistant. Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry preferred.
