Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage Restaurant Environment: Ensure prompt and friendly service in line with company standards and build a vibrant culture based on teamwork and passion for service. Guest Relations: Prioritize guest interactions with a target of 100% table visitation, addressing complaints swiftly and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Community Engagement: Actively promote the restaurant within the local community to boost awareness and sales. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies. Financial Management: Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds budget expectations, maintaining control of financial processes and compliance with legal regulations. Facility Management: Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance while ensuring the restaurant complies with all safety standards. Requirements: 3-5 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry (casual dining preferred). Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong leadership skills, as evaluated by previous management. Proven ability to operate a high-volume business effectively. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25-50 pounds. This position reports to the Area Director.
