Join our team as a Shift Supervisor! You will be an essential part of our dynamic workforce, working with a franchisee of Taco Bell. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer, providing independent business operations and unique benefits. Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by efficiently running shifts. You will take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and provide guidance to your team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine, focusing on people, customers, and service. Guide team members in completing their Shift Excellence tasks effectively. Ensure employees maintain a neat appearance and adhere to company uniforms. Prioritize customer needs, ensuring food safety, quality, and accurate orders. Quickly resolve customer complaints while nurturing positive relationships. Greet every customer warmly with a smile and maintain a polite demeanor. Work with urgency and collaborate effectively with management and fellow employees. Encourage teamwork by assisting peers whenever needed and fostering a positive work environment. Attendance: Adhere to the posted work schedule, arriving on time, in uniform, ready to work. Notify management in advance if unable to report to work. Accurately record hours worked using the approved timekeeping system. Initiative: Proactively take action and maintain a high level of activity. Team Development: Regularly provide constructive feedback to the RGM on team member performance. Offer ongoing feedback to team members and participate actively in their training. Resolve conflicts constructively and work collaboratively with the RGM for solutions. Ownership Responsibilities: Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security protocols, maintaining inventory, and managing labor costs. Oversee proper preparation, rotation, and cooking of food products. Support RGM in maintaining facility standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Carry out other duties as deemed necessary by management. Job Requirements: Preferred internal promotion from Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug tests. Reliable transportation is essential. Basic business math skills required. Ability to stock shelves, clean, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage team members. Must tolerate standing, walking, and other physical activities for the majority of the shift. This position typically requires 30+ hours a week, with varying hours based on operational needs. The management team may update duties as necessary, with or without prior notice.
