This role is ideal for a professional with strong irrigation knowledge who enjoys working directly with homeowners and recommending water-efficient improvements. Responsibilities Perform residential irrigation system inspections and diagnostics Identify leaks, coverage issues, pressure problems, and inefficiencies Present repair and upgrade options clearly and professionally Create accurate proposals and close approved work Educate homeowners on water-efficient irrigation solutions Document findings with photos and detailed notes Manage daily schedule, routes, and proposal follow-ups Follow Conserva Irrigation standards and best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on irrigation experience (residential preferred) Strong knowledge of drip and spray irrigation systems Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending solutions Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Sales or estimating experience in irrigation, landscaping, or home services Knowledge of water-efficient irrigation practices and system optimization Experience with smart irrigation controllers and advanced control systems Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience Performance-based commission opportunities Company vehicle and tools provided (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Conserva Irrigation of Tucson?
