Technology - Data Management - Senior Consultant About the Opportunity We are looking for a Master Data Management Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Analytics and Data team. In this key position, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients to define and implement robust data management strategies, utilizing state-of-the-art technology solutions. In this role, you will: Design and execute comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with client business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop analytics solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Conduct detailed maturity assessments to enhance organizational data management capabilities. Develop innovative solutions to complex data challenges, including the architecture design for master data management software. Evaluate methodologies and criteria to support informed decision-making. Assist clients in establishing a holistic data governance strategy, focusing on data quality, master data management, AI/ML readiness, and integration with ERP and CRM systems. Implement advanced data quality tools and processes to guarantee data integrity across various infrastructures. Engage in requirement gathering and collaborate with system analysts to construct detailed source-to-target mappings. Perform extensive data evaluations before migrating to data warehouses, creating technical specifications that align with business requirements. Manage multiple engagements concurrently, delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel regularly to client locations, nurturing strong connections with key stakeholders. Skills and Attributes for Success Deep understanding of data privacy and governance principles. Experience with enterprise strategy and data management. Proficiency in metadata management and ontology design. Exceptional communication skills, translating complex data information into clear concepts. Emotional intelligence with the ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid working environments. Awareness of emerging industry trends and the capacity to share insights with clients. Strong foundation in benchmark design, development, and delivery. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. Leadership skills to articulate complex topics and enhance business success. Research capabilities resulting in insights on industry standards and technology evaluations. Expertise in Data Privacy and Master Data Management. Comprehensive understanding of Data Governance and Enterprise Strategy. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical field. A minimum of 3 years' experience with Master Data Management tools, including SAP MDG or Informatica MDM. Experience in ERP implementation, particularly with complete SAP implementation cycles, including SAP MDG. No less than 3 years of relevant experience in master data management software. Solid understanding of Data Governance principles. Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture. A valid driver's license with a willingness to travel internationally for client needs. A proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Ideally, you will also have Experience in complex problem-solving and critical thinking. A history of driving results through collaboration. Familiarity with digital tools and hybrid collaboration environments. Here’s what we provide: A comprehensive compensation and benefits package that reflects your performance and contributions. The U.S. base salary range is between $106,900 and $176,500, with specific ranges for major areas like New York City, Washington State, and California ranging from $128,400 to $200,600. Salary determination factors include education, experience, skills, and location. A hybrid model allowing 40-60% in-person collaboration during client engagements.
