About the job Head of Technical Product Management - Renewable Products About the Role We are seeking a senior leader in Technical Product Management to drive the strategy and execution of software solutions for renewable plant automation and control. This role owns the product vision, leads high-performing teams, and partners closely with engineering and sales across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities Define product vision and multi-year roadmap (SCADA, Power Plant Controllers, Hybrid Energy Management Systems). Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams. Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution. Drive adoption of cloud, AI/ML, and edge technologies. Engage with utilities, regulators, and key customers. Support technical pre-sales, RFIs/RFPs, and solution presentations in the U.S. Qualifications 15+ years in Technical Product Management within renewable energy or T&D automation software. Strong experience with renewable SCADA and power plant control systems. Knowledge of industry standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, NERC CIP). Proven leadership of senior product teams.
