The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in talent acquisition, particularly within fast-paced, high-growth settings. In this pivotal strategic and operational role, you will craft and scale innovative systems designed to attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent across all levels. Your core responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy, overseeing a diverse and dynamic team, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will translate overarching business strategies into effective recruitment initiatives, foster a culture that emphasizes excellence and inclusion, and establish yourself as a trusted partner to executives and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles. A strong background in executive search and senior-level recruitment is essential, as is proficiency in contemporary talent acquisition tools and a steadfast commitment to equity and inclusion. Key responsibilities will include conducting market intelligence, workforce planning, and harnessing data for continuous enhancement of our processes. Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels are vital for success in this role. Experience in developing talent acquisition frameworks within SaaS or rapidly scaling tech companies, alongside exposure to global markets and post-acquisition integration, is highly desirable.
