Position: Pizza Delivery Specialist Job Summary: As a vital member of our team, you will report to the Restaurant General Manager and ensure an exceptional guest experience every day. Duties/Responsibilities Master the delivery processes and adhere to training outlined in Tasty Hut, LLC delivery procedures. Prioritize customer needs in every interaction. Cultivate a positive restaurant culture promoting teamwork and fun. Deliver quick and friendly service according to Pizza Hut service principles. Achieve high customer satisfaction results with every delivery. Follow Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards for food safety and customer service. Perform daily cleaning duties and complete side work efficiently. Provide excellent customer service over the phone. Assist in food preparation to ensure readiness for customers. Act as a brand ambassador for the Pizza Hut name. Uphold our employee handbook and policies, ensuring ethical conduct. Embody the core values and mission of Tasty Hut in your daily work. Be open to performing additional duties as assigned. Training/Requirements Passionate about providing top-notch customer service. Familiarity with the trade area is preferred. Completion of all required training and learning courses. Reliable transportation that meets bi-annual vehicle inspection standards. Commitment to safe driving practices at all times. Aged 21 or older with valid insurance. Ability to drive safely in inclement weather conditions. National Sex Offender Registry check is mandatory. Possess a valid driver’s license.
