Estimator

A niche construction company with a strong base of repeat Fortune 500 clients, offering general contracting services and self-performing site work for a wide range of project types, is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed estimates for cost, time, materials, and labor. Perform precise quantity take-offs to develop accurate estimates and project budgets. Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to formulate estimates. Coordinate with owners' representatives, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for project estimating and management. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in public and private estimating and project management preferred. Proficient in negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors. Experience with estimating and bidding software (Sage Estimating, B2W, and Agtek are a plus). Strong knowledge of construction processes and trades. Ability to manage and estimate multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional. Effective as both a team player and leader, with strong collaboration and communication skills. Salary & Compensation: Pay Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
