Your Role: As a Maintenance Specialist at Peak, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, addressing service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You'll be supported by both a Field Supervisor and a Director of Maintenance, ensuring you have clear expectations and the resources needed for success.
