Your Role: As a Maintenance Specialist at Peak, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, addressing service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You'll be supported by both a Field Supervisor and a Director of Maintenance, ensuring you have clear expectations and the resources needed for success. This is a full-time position with 40 hours/week. Why Join Peak? Enjoy independence while being part of a collaborative team Benefit from strong maintenance leadership and defined priorities Be part of a real team culture where technicians support one another Work with organized work orders and modern software Take pride in your workmanship and maintain clean job sites Grow your skills and career potential Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed Communicate professionally with residents, owners, vendors, and team members Coordinate efforts with the Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance Keep job sites and work vehicles clean, safe, and organized Document work accurately using company software Aim to deliver exceptional service and earn 5-star reviews Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or skilled trades EPA / HVAC certification preferred Light plumbing experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation required Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on tasks Comfortable using a smart device for work orders and communication Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional attitude No smoking permitted on job sites or in company vehicles (if provided) Compensation: $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience Includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth and advancement Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours) On-call rotation required with occasional weekend work as needed Ready to Join a Supportive Team?
