Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $43.00 to $48.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and workplace practices. Develop and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. Conduct employee investigations and manage disciplinary actions when necessary. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including advertising, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Administer employee benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), including overseeing open enrollment and insurance billing. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Demonstrate hands-on experience in employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and benefit administration. Possess knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, EEO, FMLA, and ADA regulations. Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms, with at least 2+ years of experience using ADP Workforce Now. Exhibit experience managing payroll processing, timekeeping audits, and 401(k) contributions. Qualifications: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with employees and management. Maintain strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in HR functions and reporting. Lead and coordinate cybersecurity, safety, and sexual harassment training programs. Plan and oversee company events while supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Adapt effectively to fast-paced environments, handling multiple HR responsibilities with professionalism.
