Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance support for tasks that are to be completed within 10 business days. Review and assigning of tickets in owner software Update owner software with your hours for each ticket (and any other laborer hours) and any relevant notes and documents. Routine weekly/monthly/annual tasks as outlined by Owner Staff Ordering materials as needed Providing all receipts and invoices to the Project Manager for processing on a weekly basis. Picking up and delivery of materials to job site Escort subcontractors as needed Coordinating scheduling with end user Job walk-throughs as needed for understanding of SOW and to provide guidance of work needed for successful completion. Schedule in house carpenters and escort as needed Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors as needed
