Manufacturing Machine Operator - Night Shift

Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing sector? As a machine operator, you'll play a key role in our production process by setting up and operating manufacturing machinery of moderate complexity. Your Responsibilities Include: Setting up and operating equipment using hand tools as necessary. Properly disposing of hazardous chemicals. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established procedures and regulations. Using resources efficiently to achieve production goals. Contributing to team success by training others in machine operation tasks. Inspecting work for defects before passing it on to the next stage. Documenting production and quality processes accurately. We’re Seeking Candidates Who: Have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Preferably have 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing role. Can safely use small hand and power tools. Are able to read and interpret work instructions and communicate effectively. Can operate various types of machinery. Physical Demands: This role entails Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL) as classified by the US Dept of Labor. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance and frequent lifting of 40 pounds from floor to waist. Continuous standing and walking, with frequent bending and lifting. Variable hand/power tool use and engaging in collaborative tasks with assistive devices. What We Offer: The pay range is typically between $20 - $23 per hour.
