Wire Assembler

We are hiring a Wire Assembler with hands-on experience in electrical and electronic assembly. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy cable harness assembly, soldering, and precision wiring work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and assemble wires and cable harnesses to exact specifications Perform hand soldering and basic PCB/board assembly Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and production instructions Assemble subcomponents and complete full assemblies on control systems Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols, including ESD and PPE Keep work area organized and follow 5S/lean manufacturing practices Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of manufacturing or electronics assembly experience Ability to identify electronic/electrical components and use hand/power tools Comfortable with tape measures, multimeters, and other measuring equipment Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and problem-solving skills Able to lift up to 25 lbs and sit, stand, or bend as needed Willingness to cross-train and support other assembly stations Why This Role: Ideal for candidates with wire harness, PCB assembly, soldering, or electronics assembly experience who want to work in a team-oriented, hands-on environment.
