Job DescriptionUNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Day Shift Hospitalist APP at our UNC Health Blue Ridge Main Hospital in Morganton, NC.HIGHLIGHTS Medical Practice within a rural community. Access to a broad scope of specialist within UNC Health Blue Ridge Network A well respected organization in the community and across the state On Average 15 Shifts a month QUALIFICATIONSEducation Requirements: Completion of an accredited graduate –level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program. Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible. Board certification if required by the Department Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: 2+ years of inpatient experience Feel comfortable with admits Demonstrates clinical competency Preventive Care Management of Acute and Chronic health issues Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrates written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
