Job Title : Senior Business Analyst Location : Newark, NJ Hire Type : Contract Job Description:- • Strong Business Analysis experience and skills • A senior professional with expert knowledge on EDC/Non-CRF data and SDTM/ADaM data • Must have experience of working in the Life science Pharma R&D Clinical Trial domain and Data Warehouse concepts • Must have experience of Requirement Gathering: - Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate, and manage requirements through techniques such as interviews, walk-throughs, surveys, use cases, specifications, and modeling • Must have experience working in the Life science Pharma GxP, CSV process, and documentation • Must have experience of writing user acceptance test cases and liaise between testing team and business stakeholders • Act as a communication conduit between the business stakeholders and the project team • Translate technical and architectural issues so the project team can understand and make effective decisions • Experience writing Technical Documentation in compliance with GDP • Excellent listening, strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing) skills
