(Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist- Internal Medicine - HOSPITALIST AND NOCTURNIST BRUNSWICK COUNTY COASTAL NORTH CAROLINA We are looking for a BC|BE Internal Medicine physician to work as either a Hospitalist or another position for a Nocturnist in Southern Coastal North Carolina in Brunswick County. • $275,000 annual salary floor • Eligible for $30,000 quality, $52.16 Conversion factor wRVU's above the current 50th percentile (4778) • APP supervision incentive • Draw can be set up to 90% of expected total annual income • Total cash compensation annually can be between $350,000 and $430,000 on the higher end Coast Nocturnist Compensation a. $302,000 is base salary b. $15,000 is tied to non-productivity metrics c. 1050 encounter threshold, up to $25,000 incentive d. Total compensation capped at $342,000 Note: up to you, but I don't think you have to characterize this as a cap.
