What You'll Do: Provide after-hours and weekend hospice care in patients' homes Respond to urgent patient needs, symptom changes, and end-of-life support Triage calls, coordinate care, and deploy resources as needed Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered support What They're Looking For: RN license in NV (or compact) Minimum 1 year of hospice experience (field strongly preferred) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously Comfortable with on-call rotation and in-home care needs What They Offer: Competitive hourly base pay + generous on-call differential Mileage reimbursement Benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) Supportive leadership and clinical team structure Apply now or contact us to speak confidentially about the role.
