Connect Developer (Full Stack)

Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and core components.(Need Strong Exp) Experience designing and configuring Contact Flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies. Knowledge of Amazon Connect telephony, call recording, call control, and real-time metrics. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing IVR issues, call failures, and platform errors. Ability to troubleshoot softphone issues, agent desktops, Lambda failures, and API timeouts. Experience with CloudWatch traces. Deep understanding of IAM roles, permissions, and least-privilege design. Familiarity with encryption (KMS) and other AWS services. Experience with JavaScript and Python.
