Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced in family medicine and comfortable managing a full patient load in both private practice and telemedicine settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, and more. What We Offer: Competitive Salary ($150,000 - $155,000) Malpractice Insurance Coverage CME Reimbursement Paid Time Off Your Role: Conduct patient assessments and provide follow-up care Order and interpret lab tests and imaging as needed Complete referral requests and coordinate patient care Prescribe medications for chronic and acute conditions Perform annual physicals and routine health screenings Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members QualificationsEducation & Certification: Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, etc.) Active California State NP License DEA License BLS/ACLS Certification Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced NPs (1-5+ years) Preferred Skills: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) to better serve our diverse patient population Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming, supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the health of our community.
