Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring safe, high-quality care throughout the surgical and recovery process. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient-focused professional with strong clinical expertise in anesthesia care. Responsibilities: • Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia care • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and discuss anesthesia plans with patients and families • Manage post-anesthesia recovery and address any complications • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols • Stay current with best practices, new medications, and advancements in anesthesia care Requirements • Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program • Current certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) • Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in state of practice • 1+ year of experience in anesthesia care (preferred) • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and patient safety skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits $45K Sign On Bonus Competitive Pay - $75/hr to $115/hr
