CNC Machinist $21-$24 / Hr

Job Full Description Job Title: CNC Machinist Shift: 1st Shift Salary: $21-24/hr (based on experience)Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce machined parts per blueprints. Understand and follow work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements. Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and other hand-measurement tools. Load and unload parts efficiently while maintaining strict quality standards. Monitor machine operations for defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Change tools as required to maintain accuracy and tolerances. Perform data entry and recordkeeping to ensure accurate production tracking. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience or equivalent training. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with hand-measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience operating multi-axis CNC machines is a plus.
