Summary The Weekend Supervisor (RN) provides clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring quality patient care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary clinical leader in the building on weekends. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during weekend shifts • Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant resident care • Serve as the on-site clinical resource for staff questions, issues, and escalations • Assist with staffing coordination, call-outs, and coverage as needed • Monitor clinical documentation, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance • Communicate weekend updates, concerns, and follow-ups to facility leadership Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (required) • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently and manage clinical operations Experience • Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred • Supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a clinical environment • Ability to respond quickly to emergencies Benefits- Competitive salary - Opportunities for career advancement - Positive and engaging work environment -On-Site Staff rooms with TV, Wi-Fi -Complimentary Staff Education Programs -BLS Education, ACLS, IV certification -Life, Disability, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.- Paid Sick and Holiday Time. - Paid Time Off - 401k Shift / Schedule 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
