DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and resolve servicing issues in support of origination teams, borrowers, and clients within scope of authority and expertise. Work with manager to ensure timely and accurate Loan Servicing practices. Serve as the first and second point of contact for borrower inquiries. Perform direct support for subservicing clients. Prepare.enerate.nalyze.istribute reports for clients and management. Perform select post-closing duties related to our subservicer.ervicing.nd QC functions. Provides the best service to our customers with creative and innovative solutions. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum five years' experience in the mortgage industry, with an emphasis on Mortgage Loan Servicing Operations knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide the best service possible to our clients and customers utilizing creative and innovative solutions when necessary to achieve desired service levels. Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and multidimensional thinker Detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A.S Degree or higher preferred.
