Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth. s part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entirepopulation utilizing our case management tool, triage cases to the correct owners, provide customer support for employees and members of HR, and investigate inquiries. A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, providing onsite support to employees, and performing additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields 1+ years of HR or customer support Experience supporting HR general inquires Case management experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills bility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: 2+ years of HR experience Experience using Workday as a HRIS Experience with Time & Attendance in Workday is a plus. Experience using Jira Schedule: Workdays: Saturday - Wednesday Off days: Thursday & Fri Hours: 8am - 5pm OT: Scheduled as needed.
