The Role We're on the hunt for an Executive Assistant who thrives on organization, loves keeping leaders on track, and knows how to make things happen behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to support for our President and Vice President of Leasing Operations, helping manage schedules, prep reports and presentations, coordinate projects, and keep communication flowing smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Be the administrative MVP for executive leadership Master calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for executive meetings Act as a communication bridge between leadership and internal/external partners Coordinate litigation, insurance claims, and special projects Research and manage insurance claims and related processes Track follow-ups, deadlines, and cross-functional tasks Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism What You Bring to the TableMust-Haves: 1-3 years of experience in Property Management or Real Estate Executive Support Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional organization and time-management abilities Clear, confident communication and people skills A proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset Experience with insurance claims or adjuster coordination Experience with litigation, attorney communication Driver's License and reliable transportation Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with AppFolio Property Management Software Background in real estate, housing development, or property management Familiarity with project management or workflow tools Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements The Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Hours: 40 per week Location: Corporate Office - Westerville, OH (in person) Pay: Based on experience Perks & Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Vacation A positive, professional work environment Tools, training, and support to help you succeed Ready to Join Us?
