Position Summary The CT Technologist will perform a wide range of computed tomography procedures, ensuring the highest standards of image quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence. This position requires technical expertise, patient-centered care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume imaging environment. Core Responsibilities Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols. Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort during imaging procedures. Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to support accurate diagnoses. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital and regulatory documentation standards. Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families. Skills & Qualifications ARRT Registered Technologist in Radiography (upon hire). ARRT Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography (within 1 year of hire). Preferred: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program (approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education & Accreditation of the AMA). Preferred: 5 years of experience as the primary technologist in a high-volume CT facility. Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, safety practices, and quality control standards.
