This is a key hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Perform product/machine changeovers and preventative maintenance Operate diagnostic and measurement tools and maintain accurate work order records Follow safety procedures, GMP, and SQF guidelines Operate a wide range of shop tools and equipment (welders, presses, grinders, etc.) Support a positive and safe work environment Train and assist other team members as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or Associate's degree in a trade field Minimum score of 40-49 on the Ramsey Maintenance Test Proficiency in fabrication skills (welding, machining, etc.) Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Ability to read schematics, prioritize workload, and work with minimal supervision Strong communication, judgment, and decision-making skills Must be available to work flexible shifts for coverage as needed Apply Today If you're a motivated maintenance professional looking to join a company that values your skills and offers great benefits and stability, apply now to join the team at Hoffmaster.
